The organization, preparation of the delegation, teamwork and quality of the exhibitions, are among the elements by which the delegates of the II Mesoamerican and Caribbean Congress on Community Living Culture unanimously voted for Cuba to host the next event, indicated by 2020. The congress that took place in Costa Rica in a virtual way due to the limitations established in a large part of the world to stop the spread of Covid-19, concluded this Sunday after fulfilling a program of debates that was carried out through circles of the word .

Topics such as Childhood and Youth, Social and solidarity economy, Art for social transformation, filled the spaces in which students, intellectuals from the various branches of knowledge, institutional communicators, social workers, representatives of the Government in Matanzas, contributed ideas and experiences.
This presence of Cuba in the congress was achieved by a coordination of Ms. María Eugenia Romero García, a member of the Culture Viva Comunitarian network, who extended the participation to different actors in the territory.
