The vice president learned that the technical-economic plan for planting sugarcane has been fulfilled to date at 74 percent. In the province of Matanzas, the first plant to pay tribute to the 2020-2021 harvest will be Jesús Rabí, located in the municipality of Caliente, with a scheduled start-up on next December 1st.
Later, Mario Muñoz, from Los Arabos, and Mexico, in Colón, will join. Also this Friday, the vice president visited the Los Molinos fish nursery Unit and the Milanés-Ayllón shopping center under construction.
